Alice Bailey

Alice Bailey is an international access coordinator on the International Medicine team.

  • Background

    Before joining the International Medicine Department, Alice was a Clinical Coordinator at the 22q and You Center in the Clinical Genetics Service at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. As a Clinical Coordinator, Alice acted as a liaison between families, referring physicians, treating subspecialists and educational consultants. She also assisted with the clinical and administrative operations of the 22q and You Center.

    These experiences have aided her as an International Access Coordinator for the International Patient Services (IPS) team. In this role, Alice works with families all over the world to help patients gain better access to healthcare services at CHOP. She primarily supports insurance and self-pay patients during the intake process, and continues to support their needs throughout their care at CHOP. Alice enjoys working with families and learning about different cultures as well as helping children receive the healthcare they need.

    Alice received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and Spanish from Ursinus College. She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in conversational French.
