Hanna: Hi, I'm Hanna, and this is Healthy Kids News. Did you know that exercise does great things for your body? Aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping and you breathing faster. Your heart gets stronger and even better at delivering oxygen to the rest of your body.

Exercises that require strength make your muscles stronger and you more powerful.

Stretching will improve flexibility and help muscles and joints bend with ease.

And exercise helps your body stay just the right size, balancing out the calories that go in with the calories you use up. But, the number one reason for exercising is you'll feel great.

So get moving. For Healthy Kids News, I'm Hanna.
