Where to Stay When Your Child is Hospitalized
If your child is being admitted to the Hospital, we invite one parent or guardian to stay overnight with him or her at the bedside. Cots, sleep chairs and sleep sofas are available for your comfort.
If you're travelling to Children's Hospital from a distance and you or a family member needs a place to stay, you have many options available to you. Those within walking distance of the Hospital are listed below. Some offer discounted rates for patients' families. Please contact the hotel or accommodation directly for current rates and reservations.
Ronald McDonald House

This "home away from home" is available to our families traveling more than 25 miles to the Hospital. Please call the house directly to reserve a room.
Ronald McDonald House offers complimentary van service to CHOP throughout the day, seven days a week. The van schedule is as follows: 9:15 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 2:15 p.m., 5 p.m., 6:45 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
