MyChart - Easy, Accessible, Secure
The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is pleased to introduce a new service for patients and families. The service is called MyChart; it is a way for you to access portions of your child’s medical records online, quickly and securely.
This convenient service will make it easier to view your child’s health summary, request doctor’s visits, request prescription refills, view immunizations and test results, and much more. It will also help our staff to provide the safest, most coordinated and updated care for the children we serve.
Before MyChart goes into use at all practices across the CHOP Care Network, we are testing it with 2 Pediatric & Adolescent Care sites:
