As a multilingual patient relations specialist, Fakhereldeen supports patients and families in Global Patient Services (GPS). He strives to deliver excellent and timely services for international patients and their families, all while ensuring effective communication between the family and the care team.
Fakhereldeen Mohammed has experience working as a therapeutic support staff member, where he provided therapy to people with behavioral health needs in a variety of settings. He also has 10 years of experience working in patient services. He has advanced training in Arabic, English and medical interpretation.
Fakhereldeen speaks three languages — English, Arabic and Nubian.
