About Shoshana Rosenfinger, MBA, FACHE
Shoshana Rosenfinger, MBA, FACHE, is the Director of Physician Practice Administration for the Division of Human Genetics at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She provides strategic and operational leadership for the Division of Human Genetics, partnering with section leadership, faculty, and administrative teams to ensure effective clinical operations, appropriate staffing, and alignment with institutional priorities in support of high-quality patient care.
Her work includes oversight of practice operations, support of research and educational activities, and leadership of planning initiatives and program development that improve access to care and build the operational infrastructure needed to enable clinical innovation and scientific breakthroughs.
Shoshana holds an MBA in Health Care Management from Temple University and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
