Background

As the multilingual Lead Patient Care Navigator, Jordan Wadi supports international patients at CHOP. His role is integrated into patient services, from meeting with international families upon arrival, to maintaining effective communication with families for their entire stay. He also provides an orientation to new families, including an introduction to the care team, a tour of the facility, and assistance in arranging appointments.

Before starting at CHOP in 2013, Jordan Wadi was a Senior Customer Service representative at TD bank in Philadelphia. He also has extensive hospitality experience working as an Assistant General Manager of The Four Seasons hotels in Amman and Dubai. With more than 10 years of international customer service experience, Jordan aims to exceed every family's expectations. 

Jordan speaks two languages — English and Arabic.
