The ATLAS group (Advancing Transition and Learning for Adult Success) at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) supports older teens and young adults ages 16-25 with behavioral health conditions as they transition to adulthood. Together with teens, young adults and their families, we help build the skills needed for independence and a high quality of life.
