The Magical Mila Foundation is pushing the BP Under 3 initiative in memory of Mila Gray Roomberg, who died at just 17 months old from a rare form of Neurofibromatosis Type 1. Mila was just 17 months old when she died from Neurofibromatosis Type 1. Her parents started the "Magical Mila Foundation" in her name to help bring awareness to the disease.

Fueled by grieving parents, the CHOP initiative identified a better blood pressure device and conducted extensive training.
