If You Suspect a Concussion

If you think your child has a concussion, you should first see their primary care provider. The primary care doctor can discuss symptoms and help you create a plan. CHOP Primary Care providers are in more than 30 communities across Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and are especially equipped with training and diagnostic support tools for concussion.

If you have additional questions after seeing your primary care provider, please call CHOP’s Minds Matter Concussion Program at 215-590-6919.
