If you are the parent or guardian of a CHOP patient, ask your clinician(s) if they believe the Drug Reaction Evaluation and Management (DREAM) Program would be right for your child. If so, your child will be first scheduled to see an allergist, who may then refer you to our specialized drug allergy clinic for further testing or evaluation, depending on the specific concerns for your child.

If you are a CHOP clinician, please make your referral by searching for “Consult to Allergy” in Epic.
