Sara Bechtold, DPT, PT

Sara Bechtold, PT, DPT, CSCS is a physical therapist at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

She has experience in the treatment of orthopedic and sports related injuries in both recreational and elite athletes of all ages. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Sara's clinical interests include return to sport progressions, community education, psychosocial influences on rehabilitation, and injury prevention.  She has a special interest in the field hockey athlete and running medicine.

Sara has presented both locally and nationally on topics of adolescent sports medicine. She also serves as an adjunct faculty member for a variety of orthopedic content in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Arcadia University.
