Diabetes is a labor intensive chronic illness that is best managed at home by the family. My goal in working with families is to empower them to provide the best possible care for their child. What I enjoy most is helping families to successfully negotiate the challenges of living life with the diabetes so that the child is able to live life to the fullest in spite of all of the challenges that diabetes brings.
