About Jack Sullivan PT, DPT, SCS
Jack Sullivan joined Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's Sports Medicine team in January 2026 and currently works at the Sports Medicine and Performance Center at the Buerger Center. He completed a Sports Residency in 2022 and became an APTA recognized Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist. He completed an Upper Extremity Fellowship in 2023. Prior to coming to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Jack worked in professional baseball as well as an outpatient physical therapy clinic that served orthopedic and sports medicine populations with an emphasis on throwing sports.
Jack obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut in 2020. In addition to throwing athletes Jack enjoys working with in ACL rehab, hip labral injuries, and return to sport progressions.
