Overview

This conference showcases a multidisciplinary approach to the care of pediatric sexual assault victims with expert presentations from Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Child Abuse, Immunology, Infectious Disease and community partners. Experiencing child sexual abuse/assault can result in short and long-term physical, mental and emotional health consequences. The goal of this conference is to provide a streamlined, developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed approach to provide high quality medical, forensic and behavioral healthcare.
