Athletic Performance and Safety During COVID-19: What Coaches Need to Know

Athletes have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in different ways. Some have experienced more stress, some have had COVID-19, and many have had reduced activity.

On Tuesday, Sept. 29, LeagueSide and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Sports Medicine and Performance Center hosted a free educational webinar on maximizing athletic performance and preventing injury during this pandemic.
