Overview

This interactive, day-long conference is designed for adolescents and young adults with congenital heart disease (CHD) – and their families – to connect with other CHD patients and caregivers and build knowledge and skills to succeed as an adult with congenital heart disease. This event is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
