Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is excited to continue our partnership with Momcology© to bring Connections: Pediatric Cancer Caregiver Support® to families this year. This group series offers parents an opportunity to connect with others who can relate to the experience of having a child diagnosed with cancer.
November 14 | When Everything Changes: Finding Connection Through Family Transitions
A childhood cancer diagnosis changes more than schedules and routines, it also changes relationships. Family roles shift, communication becomes more challenging, and it’s easy to feel isolated. This session explores ways to strengthen connections, communicate openly, establish healthy boundaries, and build a reliable network of support. Together, we’ll discuss practical strategies for nurturing relationships while caring for yourself, your child, and the people in your support circle.
