EoE Virtual Support Groups & Teen Meet Ups

Connect with children, teens and families who understand what it's like to live with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) and related eosinophilic disorders. CHOP’s Center for Pediatric Eosinophilic Disorders is hosting a series of virtual group sessions this fall for patients and families.

The groups will be led by members of CHOP’s gastrointestinal psychosocial team and be held virtually using a secure video platform. All group sessions will be held from 4-5 p.m. on the dates listed below.

Upcoming groups

  • Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2022 – for parents of children ages 8 and younger
  • Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2022 – for children ages 9-12 and their parents/caregivers
  • Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2022 – for parents of children ages 8 and younger
  • Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2022 – for teens ages 13-18

The Center for Pediatric Eosinophilic Disorders treats children with eosinophilic esophagitis, referred to as EoE, as well as other eosinophilic disorders, such as eosinophilic gastroenteritis. A team of specialists from four disciplines works together to diagnose and provide treatment for children with this relatively new condition.
