Hosted by the Center for Pediatric Eosinophilic Disorders at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), this event will consist of a number of talks regarding eosinophilic esophagitis. These talks will be targeted at patients and their parents, with special events planned for young children. There will also be a patient panel where families can share their experiences.
Activities will be available for children 5 years and older.

Check-in starts at 8:30 a.m. in the lobby of the Buerger Center for Advanced Pediatric Care.
Free parking (with voucher) will be available at the Buerger Center garage or the Wood Center garage.
