Youth ages 14-21 and their parents are invited to join us during our in-person workshop to:
- Hear from your peers managing their health
- Choose to hear about managing work or going to college
- Find out what community resources are available.
- Get helpful hints on advocating for services.
What is REACH?
Rapport, Empowerment, Advocacy through Connections and Health is a program for youth with chronic illness. Some examples of chronic illness include but are not limited to IBD, Sickle Cell, diabetes, epilepsy, Spina Bifida and developmental disabilities.
