Course Overview

The purpose of this conference is to highlight interdisciplinary assessment and intervention approaches targeting maladaptive eating behavior and, ultimately, pediatric health and nutrition.

The conference will highlight presentations by the following guest lecturers:

Objectives

Upon completion of this course, the learner will be able to:

  • Discuss the continuum of childhood nutrition disorders
  • Describe the adverse impact of untreated nutrition disorders on health, development and psychosocial outcomes
  • Identify current evidence-based interventions in the field of feeding
