Adeline Vanderver, MD, an attending physician in the Division of Neurology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), is making progress in finding a cure for H-ABC, a rare neurodegenerative disease that attacks children's brains. Dr. Vanderver has identified the gene linked to H-ABC and is now working with a team to find a cure.
