CHOP Radiologist-in-Chief Discusses International Collaboration

Kassa Darge, MD, PhD, DTM&P, FSAR, FESUR, Radiologist-in-Chief, Chair of the Department of Radiology, and Chief of the Division of Body Imaging in the Department of Radiology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), recently sat down with Divyansh Agarwal of Doc Talk. The two discussed Dr. Darge’s career, mentors and global health work.

Dr. Darge established a collaboration between the Department of Radiology at CHOP and Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia in 2008 with the goal of supporting the radiology residency program in pediatric imaging education and conducting a pediatric radiology fellowship. This year, the first two pediatric radiologists graduated from this fellowship program.
