Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is consolidating pediatric specialty care services currently offered at CHOP Specialty Care, Exton, into the expanded Isaacman Family Specialty Care & Surgery Center, Brandywine Valley. Providers currently practicing in Exton will transition to Brandywine Valley and other CHOP Specialty Care locations across the region. The last day patients will be seen in Exton is Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026. Services will transition to Brandywine Valley beginning Monday, Nov. 9, 2026.
This consolidation will provide referring clinicians and their patients with continued access to CHOP specialists in a centralized location that brings pediatric specialty services together under one roof.
Specialty services transitioning to Brandywine Valley
All pediatric specialty services currently offered at Exton will move to Brandywine Valley, including:
- Allergy and Immunology
- Cardiology
- Dermatology
- Diabetes and Endocrinology
- Gastroenterology
- Neurology
- Ophthalmology
- Orthopedics and Sports Medicine
- Otolaryngology
- Urology
Additional services at Brandywine Valley include audiology, imaging and rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy.
Referring providers will continue to have access to CHOP pediatric specialists at Brandywine Valley and throughout CHOP’s regional specialty care network.

Pediatric urgent care in the same building
CHOP Urgent Care is also located at Brandywine Valley, providing after-hours care seven days a week for children and teens with minor illnesses and injuries. The Urgent Care team includes board-certified pediatricians and pediatric nurses, with onsite rapid-results laboratory and X-ray services.
The co-location of urgent and specialty care supports coordinated access to pediatric expertise in a single location.
