Published on

Dr. Susan Levy, a developmental and behavioral pediatrician and Director of the Autism Integrated Care Program at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), was the guest on City University of New York’s Institute for Health Equity Public Health Minute with Dr. William Latimer on Nov. 30, 2017.

Dr. Levy outlined the importance of autism screenings at the 18 and 24 months well visits, as well as parents familiarizing themselves with tools available to help identify early symptoms. These steps to increase early detection can reduce family stress and allow greater access to effective treatments.
