Spotlight: Vaccine Information for Teens

Parents PACK

Teens often remember getting vaccinated as younger children and cringe when they hear more vaccines are due. The non-profit group, Parents of Kids with Infectious Diseases, more commonly known as PKIDS, recently released information just for teens. Known as “Your Choice,” the dedicated web page includes printable information as well as personal stories and an invitation to spread the word among their peers. Information for parents can also be found on the page.

Materials in this section are updated as new information and vaccines become available. The Vaccine Education Center staff regularly reviews materials for accuracy.
