Studying New Medicines for Children with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) After Failed Anti-TNF Treatment
Contact
Description
This study will look at how well newer medicines work and how safe they are for children and teens with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) who did not get better with anti-TNF (anti tumor necrosis factor) treatment. Participants will answer surveys about their health for up to 36 months. We will also collect a stool sample to measure fecal calprotectin (a marker of gut inflammation) around 12 months after joining the study.
