REACH for College

REACH for College is a two-night workshop for high school students with chronic illnesses who are planning to go to college. The sessions focus on the medical and social transitions necessary to plan for and navigate college life successfully. With the help of college-aged mentors attending college with chronic illness, CHOP physicians and social workers, as well as representatives from the Office of Disability Services at a local college, participants and their parents are able to work towards a successful transition to college.

To be contacted when the next workshop is scheduled, please call the REACH program at 267-426-5569 or complete and submit this form.
