At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- List the factors associated with increased survival from pediatric cardiac arrest
- State the characteristics of high quality chest compressions in CPR
- Recognize the value of Automated External Defibrillators in pediatric patients of various ages
- List resuscitative medications and their indications (by algorithm) used during pediatric resuscitations according to the 2010 PALS guidelines.
