Psychology Services
Many medical programs within Children's Hospital include pediatric psychologists as part of their medical treatment teams. Our pediatric psychologists specialize in providing assessment, intervention and consultation services to children who need help adjusting to a diagnosis, adhering to treatment, or who may require support related to the trauma of their illness or procedure.
Members of our multidisciplinary team treat patients with acute and chronic pediatric illnesses, including:
- Neurodevelopmental disorders

- Enuresis and encopresis
- Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder

We consult with medical teams throughout the Hospital about the psychological well-being of patients and families and treatment adherence. We also consult with school counselors when needed.
