Youth Heart Watch Heart Safe Schools Referral Form

Youth Heart Watch’s Heart Safe Schools program is committed to making schools a safer place for all students, staff, and families by preventing sudden cardiac death. Youth Heart Watch works with schools to help them obtain and maintain automated external defibrillators (AED), create cardiac emergency response teams made up of staff trained in CPR and AED use, develop cardiac emergency response plans, conduct hands-on practice drills, and hold sudden cardiac arrest awareness trainings for all building staff.
