Doing Business With CHOP

Registration and sign in 

Effective January 9, 2012, all vendors who visit the Main Hospital, Wood Building and Seashore House must complete registration in order to continue doing business with CHOP. Exceptions include:

Your representatives who visit CHOP will be required to sign in electronically to obtain an identification badge. With current and valid credentials, your representative will be able to print out a single-use identification badge that is to be worn throughout the visit.

How to register

You will need to register as a vendor with CHOP by January 3, 2012 on https://chop.vendormate.com. A Federal Tax Identification Number (FEIN) and a credit card are required to complete the initial registration. Additional representatives only need the FEIN.

CHOP sign in locations

Current and valid credentials are required for sign in. Sign in stations will be placed in the Main Hospital, Wood Building and Seashore House over the next few months. In the interim, continue to use the existing sign in process. Registered vendors will receive an email with information about electronic sign in when available.

Risk profiles

The following risk profile criteria were determined by CHOP:

Risk Level Profile Criteria Fee
High Access to patient care areas, pharmaceutical vendors, medical device vendors, information technology vendors and/or annual spend greater than $25,000 $250 per year per company
Medium Annual spend between $25,000 and $5,000 $100 per year per company
Low Annual spend less than $5,000 $25 per year per company
