Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Ranked One of the Best Children’s Hospitals in the Nation by U.S. and World Report

Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is pleased to have once again been named one of the Best Children’s Hospitals in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. We are proud to continue to be at the top of this list and congratulate our peer hospitals who join us in this year’s rankings.

For 2023-2024, we ranked No. 1 in the Mid-Atlantic and state of Pennsylvania and No. 4 on the Honor Roll. In addition, 8 of 10 CHOP clinical specialties ranked in the Top 5 including our division of Orthopaedics which took the No. 1 position.

We are proud of our strong reputational ranking and that our doctors continue to be recognized as the #1 ranked Department of Pediatrics in the country by U.S News & World Report for 11 consecutive years. We want to thank them, our nurses, our clinical staff, and all of our employees whose relentless dedication to our mission - and deep partnership and connection with families - helps us to deliver the best healthcare to every child who needs us.

Today, and always, we are committed to providing safe and high-quality care to patients and families who come to us from all over the country - and the world - seeking the kind of breakthroughs we make every day.
