Rachel K. Myers, BA, is program coordinator for the Craig-Dalsimer Division of Adolescent Medicine. Ms. Myers received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She has extensive experience coordinating IRB submissions for new research proposals, preparing modifications to existing protocols, and submitting continuing reviews and terminations for research proposals.

She coordinates logistical issues for divisional research such as hiring and overseeing research assistants to assist with data collection and data management. Ms. Myers is also responsible for scheduling divisional and fellow educational conferences. She assists division fellows and faculty with preparing abstracts, manuscripts and audio-visual presentations.  Additionally, she works closely with the division research director to oversee and facilitate data management; analysis; and preparation of annual reports, abstracts, manuscripts and presentations.

Ms. Myer is project manager for the Campus Violence Task Force, a collaborative study with the Institute for Save Families of Philadelphia, the University of Pennsylvania, the Community College of Philadelphia, and LaSalle University to understand the prevalence of partner violence and assess available resources on local college campuses. She has coordinated and completed all the data collection for this multisite study to date. Ms. Myers has played a key role in data analysis for the project as well as in preparation of abstracts, manuscripts and presentations related to this study.
