Contact a Patient at Our King of Prussia Hospital

At this time, to keep our patients, families and staff safe from COVID-19 and other respiratory viral infections like the flu, we continue to review and adjust our visitation policies for all locations, including the Middleman Family Pavilion in King of Prussia. Please read these guidelines before coming to any CHOP location. If you cannot visit in person at the moment, there are many other ways to show a hospitalized patient that you’re thinking of them. Here’s how you can call or send mail and gifts.

Contact a patient by phone

To contact a patient at the Middleman Pavilion, you will need the patient's full, correct name. Call our King of Prussia Patient Information Line at 215-590-2779 and the operator can provide the direct phone number to the patient's hospital room. Please note that the operator will not provide the phone number if the patient’s parent or caregiver requests it not be given out.

Under no circumstances will the operator disclose information about a patient's medical status, room number or any other personal information.
