Dr. Maureen Josephson, pediatric pulmonologist and Medical Director of the Lung and Heart/Lung Transplant Programs at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), was featured on 6abc to discuss her team’s participation in CHOP’s 31-Day Challenge and raising funds for the patients they care for. Every year, Dr. Josephson and her team called “Tough Lungs” participate in the month-long virtual fundraising event where they challenge themselves to walk, run or bike 31, 62 or 100 miles during the month of May to raise funds for cutting-edge research and care at CHOP.
