The Ingermans, along with their daughter, Danielle, created the Justin Michael Ingerman Foundation, named in memory of their late son and brother. The foundation primarily supports Children's Hospital and a scholarship program at Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law. In 2013, the Ingermans established the Justin Michael Ingerman Endowed Chair in Palliative Care at Children's Hospital.

"It’s been incredibly rewarding watching the palliative care team grow both within CHOP and as our trainees establish and lead palliative care programs across the country. We know that they are going to take our message and spread it somewhere else,” says Brad. “We know the devastation that comes with the loss of a child/sibling, and anything we can do to lessen that burden on other families we are obligated to do.”
