Orders are shipped by FedEx Ground or UPS. Shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process based on FedEx Ground or UPS pricing, materials ordered, and the delivery address.

Orders that only include free materials will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service; no shipping charges will be added for free materials.

Additional charges may apply for international orders.

Please allow three to four weeks for delivery; larger orders may be subject to additional time. If you require your order by a certain date, please contact us as indicated below and provide your order number, the date required, and how to get in touch with you. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
