The eighth edition of the preeminent vaccine text, Plotkin’s Vaccines, is now available. With new chapters and updated data-driven information about licensed and not-yet-licensed vaccines, the 8.5-pound, 1,700-plus-page book (not including references!) provides details on every aspect of vaccines.

The book is co-edited by well-known vaccine experts, including Drs. Walt Orenstein, Paul Offit, Kathryn Edwards, and Stanley Plotkin, and each chapter is authored by two or three individuals known for their contributions to the content covered in the chapter. Indeed, the book offers a who’s who of virologists, immunologists and vaccinologists.
