More than 900 million international trips are taken each year. To inform travelers of disease risks, the World Health Organization (WHO) released an International Travel Health Map.

The interactive, color-coded map displays areas at risk for diseases such as hepatitis A and B, meningococcus, yellow fever, rabies, polio and Japanese encephalitis virus. Users can read about vaccine requirements and recommendations by clicking on the country or area they plan to visit.
