Dr. Jan Boswinkel provides strategic leadership and oversight for enterprise operations across the CHOP system. His team is responsible for driving employee engagement, integrating digital technology into all aspects of care and work, and improving the patient experience along the dimensions of outcomes, safety, customer service and efficiency.

In addition to leading CHOP’s Office of General Counsel, Jeffrey D. Kahn has administrative oversight of CHOP’s risk management, insurance, compliance, internal audit and governance functions.
