Monica M. Jones

Monica Jones has been a Family Consultant on the Patient Family Experience Team (PFEX) at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) since 2015. 

Prior to joining CHOP, Monica was a Leadership Education in Neurodevelopment and Related Disabilities (LEND) Family Fellow in 2014 and has 15 years’ experience in Health Care Customer Service.

As a mother of three children who receive primary, specialty and inpatient care at CHOP, Monica brings the family voice to collaborate with hospital staff to improve care, experiences and safety for all patients and families.

Monica’s favorite part of her role is educating staff, volunteers and the community on the principles and applications of Family-Centered Care.
