Background

Lisbeth Ramos is a Program Coordinator for the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Her responsibilities are supporting ODEI’s efforts related to all diversity program initiatives by managing the logistics and operational support which includes education offerings, trainings, cultural awareness events, and initiatives sponsored by employee resource groups and other partners.

Prior to CHOP, she worked for Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) as an Education Coordinator, Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant, and Infant/Toddler Specialist. She was a certified (PQAS-Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System) trainer for ECE professional development and Zero to Three: Critical Competencies for Infant-Toddler Educators. She provided consulting and professional development throughout the Southeast and Philadelphia region for early childhood educators to increase their understanding of early childhood development, support their knowledge and skills in implementing developmentally appropriate practices, and achieving their program deliverables.

Lisbeth is a Licensed Social Worker for the state of NJ. She received her master’s degree in social work with clinical focus from Rutgers University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Cabrini College.
