Department of Pharmacy Services

The Department of Pharmacy Services at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia provides expert pharmaceutical care through decentralized teams of staff pharmacists and technicians to meet the needs of patients and healthcare professionals. The Department maintains state-of-the-art inpatient satellites, an off-site surgi-center pharmacy, an oncology care clinic pharmacy, and an ambulatory care pharmacy.

Committee memberships

In addition, our specialists are integral members of multidisciplinary committees, such as Therapeutic Standards Committee (P&T Committee), Adverse Drug Reactions Subcommittee, Drug Use Evaluation Subcommittee, Institutional Review Board and various Continuous Quality Improvement Committees.
