The objective of the study is to better define and outline the clinical spectrum of SYNGAP1 through detailed developmental, seizure, and quality of life assessments as an extension of routine clinical care.

We want to study brain responses during simulated driving and are currently looking for participants 12-17 years old or those who have had brain surgery. To do so, we'll have eligible participants come to CHOP for some non-invasive (safe) brain scans and drive using a simulator.
