About the Medical Staff Affairs

The Office of Medical Staff Affairs consists of the following departments:

• Medical Staff Credentialing
• Continuing Medical Education
• Graduate Medical Education

Our primary function is to promote quality patient care through support of the Medical and Dental staff, the Licensed Practitioner Staff and Graduate Medical Trainees. To this end we:

• Coordinate the credentialing process and the granting of clinical privileges
• Provide administrative oversight of the residency and fellowship programs
• Work with program directors and coordinators to ensure compliance with ACGME policies
• Assist in the development and provision of Continuing Medical Education programs
