Athletic trainers in the Philadelphia region who are members of the Sports Medicine Affiliate Early Access Program at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) can submit patient information here for expedited Sports Medicine appointments. You can expect a response within 24 hours, and likely sooner than that. 

CHOP also offers pediatric urgent care at locations throughout the Philadelphia region. Our Urgent Care Centers are open until 10 p.m. and provide X-rays that are read by a pediatric radiologist while the patient and family wait.
