Let’s face it, you’re not a kid anymore. You’re taking on more responsibility — considering college or making decisions about your career and your future. But what about your diabetes care? Now is the time to begin thinking about your health and how you’ll manage it in the future.

As you move closer to turning 18, your diabetes team will begin to focus on guiding you as you select an adult care provider. You'll also learn about prescription refills and insurance.
