Patient referrals/transfers
If you need to discuss care of a trauma patient or need to transfer a patient to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), please call 215-590-2160. You will then be connected to the appropriate physician (Trauma, Emergency Medicine, Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics, etc.).
Trauma outpatient service
If you need to make an appointment for your patient to be seen in our outpatient trauma clinic, please call 215-590-5932.
